This time were letting The Ordinary’s Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution get a taste of the limelight.

Don’t be scared of the name, we know it’s a little intimidating, but it’s basically just a vitamin C serum that helps to combat dullness, uneven tones, and signs of aging. It has a light serum texture, that applies smoothly to the skin, delivering antioxidants that help to brighten and reduce signs of aging by stimulating collagen synthesis and inhibiting melanin production.

Amazing serum! It softens and brightens the skin. I’ve been using it for at least 4 months now. I’m mixing it with Mandelic acid. I got rid of my hyperpigmentation & my acne. My skin feels and looks smoother. Btw I have combination and acne-prone skin.

I started using this for 3-4 weeks and at first I was hesitant but what makes this product work is long term use, as of now I still have acne scars but I don’t get any more pimples and my skin texture is flat instead of lumpy. I used to get pimples every day and now I don’t or if I do its only two or less, I use this twice a day everyday and clean my skin. my acne scars are still there but much lighter, I really recommend this. I have recently introduced this product to my skincare routine and it has fast become a must have for me, so it’s here to stay. It’s brightened my skin, reduced the redness I often have on my cheeks and it also helps to reduce the oil on my T-zone as I have combination skin. My skin can feel tacky after applying it, but the tackiness soon wears off and it leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed in my opinion. It’s easy to apply and you don’t need to use loads every time you use it as it spreads really well.

I’ve tried numerous vitamin c serums and have always had some type of hypersensitivity /breakout. But this serum is stable, light and very effective and hasn’t caused my super sensitive skin to react! I noticed results just in the first week of use, and after a month my hyperpigmentation has pretty much faded. Amazing product for this price point, will be ordering another one soon!

Oh wow!
