When I say that I use the Danessa Myricks Beauty Colorfix Mattes 24-Hour Cream Colours for just about anything and everything, I am not exaggerating. Eyeshadow, eyeliner, blusher, contour, highlighter, lipstick. Its versatility knows no bounds.
I can be a bit lazy when it comes to makeup. I notoriously run late to social events, and rarely leave myself enough time to do anything complicated. Searching through my troves of eyeshadow palettes, blushers, and lipsticks can feel a little bit overwhelming when I’m on a time crunch. Finding a product that can fulfil the functions of more products than I can count on one hand is a godsend.
Every time I use the Colorfix Mattes 24-Hour Cream Colour, I am surprised how pigmented it is. The tiniest drop is all that’s necessary for opaque coverage. This is particularly useful when using it as eyeshadow, eyeliner, or lipstick. However, equally as impressive, is the ease with which it blends and sheers out to give just a flush of colour. This lends it perfectly to use as a blush, highlight, or a lip-stain. Application is so simple! I have successfully used brushes, sponges, and even my fingers, depending on the area of my face.
I’ve also found it incredibly helpful when doing makeup on-the-go. It’s lightweight and compact. Gone are my days of lugging around a massive and overflowing makeup bag. There have been times where I have even just used one shade on my eyes, cheeks, and lips, with varying levels of pigmentation to effortlessly create a monochromatic look.
I am obsessed with this product, and you can bet that I will be collecting every colour.
